Happy NRCM Movie Day, everyone!
This is a reminder that you're all invited to join us for the gala film premiere and reception for our inspiring new documentary film, "Protecting the Nature of Maine: Fifty Years of the Natural Resources Council of Maine." The film features some of Maine’s most important victories and the people who helped to make them possible. Stunning footage of Maine and dozens of interviews bring the threats and the accomplishments to life—and remind us what can be achieved when concerned people come together for a cause in which they believe.
Our movie trailer will give you an idea of the enjoyable evening you can expect tonight:
The film begins at 7:00 p.m. at One Longfellow Square, Portland with an introduction by the film's director, Richard Kane, and others involved. Reception, refreshments, cash bar to follow. Cost for this event is $10. If you have questions, please contact Leisa at leisa@nrcm.org. If you'd like to attend this event you can purchase tickets online at
here.
Hope to see you tonight!
