Pam Underhill was stated that Global Warming is not the issue under review by LURC. She knows as well as anybody else about global warming. The NRCM spokesman knows that National Parks and the AT are federal issues, so his criticism of Pam and his reference to her office being in West Virginia (Harpers Ferry) is absolutely ludicrous! NRCM's pride on the line. NRCM's position on Black Nubble is just plain wrong. Please, Mr. NRCM. Don't "swift boat" Pam Underwood and don't advocate for the demise of the Appalachian Trail for the sake of greedy and dishonest power comglomerates!

This story about the Black Nubble wind farm is a good example of why I am a member of the NRCM. This organization knows that sometimes you have to make hard choices, not all environmental issues are easy. Keep up the good work, NRC! You have my support!

Pam Willer

No brainer! This editorial puts it mildly. What's also missing in the kudos to NRCM for relentlessly watchdogging issues like Plum Creek's horrid plan for Moosehead. So I'll say it here - KUDOS to you NRCM!
